During Your Subscription:
We keep your call recordings, transcripts, and account data while you are an active customer.
After You Cancel:
• You have 30 days to export your data
• We may retain data for up to 30 days after cancellation for backup and operational purposes
• Some data may be retained longer if required by law or for legal holds
Anonymized Data:
We may keep anonymized, aggregated data indefinitely to improve our Services.
5. DATA SECURITY
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

However, no system is 100% secure. While we work hard to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

When you cancel your account, we will delete your data per our retention schedule (see Section 4).

You can opt out of marketing emails, but you will still receive important service-related messages.

If you are in California, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA):

If you are a customer whose business serves children (like a pediatric office), you are responsible for complying with COPPA and other child privacy laws.
